JULY 11, 2005 Highlights

On Saturdays the ladies gather to sew quilts squares together to make quilts. Then they put a backing on the quilt and sell them to make money for the Wesleyan Women. They do not put batting inside the quilt because it is not available.
The ladies sewing group received patterns from one of the churches and they didn't know how to use them. Sister Maxine Reynolds (sitting in the far back ground), Sister Wissbroecker & me are demonstrating how to lay the pattern out and cut it.
Students Ashley & Brian from Indiana Wesleyan University stayed with us for 2 weeks working with the children…teaching Bible stories & songs.
They averaged 40-80 children a day.
The team from Northridge Wesleyan, Dayton OH, arrived July 8th, 2005
They have been doing ministries, teaching physical education at the schools, visiting & praying with the patients in the hospital, leading cell groups and helping to build the foundation of our new church.
As you see, everyone is involved in the building process.

Amber is helping by babysitting.
